Just SOLD!

Congratulations to the Hackworth–Holt family on their new home on 38 acres. Frank and I have started working with their family last year to get their home in Athens sold, find them land and help build a home for a homestead and dirt bike track. It has been a journey for them for sure, but today they finally got the keys to their home so they can settle in and finish off building the track for their boys.

The entire motive behind this move was to have more land because their kids love to ride dirt bikes. The sacrifices that Jeremy and Brittany have made to reach this point are unmatched, especially to do this all for their kids.

It was amazing watching this process come together and we are so thankful to be a part of it. Plus, how would you not love waking up to this view daily 🌾
