It was a bittersweet week of final closings at our office on Longwood Drive! These walls hold many memories, and we are extremely grateful to everyone who played a part in creating those memories.

We will be making the big move tomorrow, so we can be up and running on Monday! Please be patient as we will be monitoring emails, but responses may be delayed.

Bittersweet day at Bold. It was our last Friday and last end of the month day of closings in our current location. 7 years has really gone by so quickly. We have literally helped 1000s of people achieve home ownership in this place. The laughs and memories made on Longwood will always be remembered. Next week we move to our new location at 2011 Gallatin Street in our very own building!

Don’t worry, our famous candy bar will be moving with us. And Poppy and Caddie will be there too!!!

Our new location will feature a dedicated classroom to learn from Huntsville’s most interesting real estate attorney! As well as to be used by all of our friends who need the space. We will also feature a social media room and a bonus conference room and offices for realtors and lenders to hold meetings.

We look so forward to sharing this next chapter of growth with everyone. We will announce an open house soon, and in typical Bold fashion, it will be amazing and fun!
