Not feeling my best today, so I moved my office to the living room. Pillows, blankets, and my fluffy couch are officially my support team.
I often hear, “It must be nice to work from anywhere!” And yes, it is. I’m incredibly thankful for the flexibility.
But working from anywhere is not for everyone. It takes serious focus and discipline. When you work from a café, you go there to work, not to be at a café, if you know what I mean.
I’ve learned to create a workspace almost anywhere, including a full setup in my car.
It may look easy and cozy, but the work and responsibility are exactly the same. The cushions may be soft, but the discipline is not.
