February market update 👇

The North Alabama market is starting to shift as we head into spring - and there’s some interesting movement.

Across the ValleyMLS region, we saw 1,002 homes sold with a median price of $290,000. Homes are also moving faster, with average days on market down to 64 days.

Now zooming in locally - Huntsville/Madison County is telling a slightly different story:
481 homes sold, with a higher median price of $320,000, and even quicker movement at just 61 days on market.

What that tells me? Demand is still strong - especially in our immediate area - even as pricing adjusts across the broader region.

If you’ve been thinking about making a move, this is the kind of market where having a strategy (not just timing) really matters.
