This sweet lady first introduced herself to me as Margaret, but now I know her as Mimi. šŸ’›

It was a joy to work with her and get to know her. The journey to the closing table was not the fastest or easiest, but Iā€™d do it a hundred times over. Itā€™s my job to make sure clients are taken care of from start to finish. Young or old, it doesnā€™t matter. It can be so easy for people to get scammed or taken advantage of and Iā€™ll always go to bat for them.

Whether itā€™s going straight to the HOA to make sure repairs theyā€™re responsible for are actually taken care of, or stepping in to handle things that may not even technically be my responsibility, you can bet Iā€™ll do it to make sure the end result is exactly what my clients need.

Realtors are not required to buy or sell real estate. šŸ«£

Yep. I said it.

And honestly the industry needs to stop acting like thatā€™s not true. Many agents act like not using a Realtor is guaranteed to be a disaster every single time. That simply is not always the case.

You do not legally need me.
You do not have to hire an agent.
You absolutely can do it yourself.

Realtors are not a necessity.
Realtors are a service.
A strategy.
A buffer.
An experienced problem-solver when things go sideways.

But, we are not a requirement.

If you want to FSBO your house, you absolutely can.
If you want to buy direct, you have every right.
If you want to take it all on yourself...I genuinely hope it goes smoothly for you.

But also...donā€™t confuse ā€œnot requiredā€ with ā€œnot valuable.ā€

Because when things do get complicated (and they often do šŸ˜¬, thatā€™s where the right agent earns every dollar of what theyā€™re paid.

The truth is, the best agents arenā€™t afraid to say you donā€™t need them. Because we know when you choose us, itā€™s for a reason.
