🎉HAPPY CLOSING DAY!🎉

A year in the making.. through the hurdles, delays, and detours.. I couldn’t be more thrilled to finally see this purchase come to fruition at the closing table!
What a treat to be able to stand by my clients for a second time as they start a new journey, in a new town, in a brand new home. Thank you for trusting me and choosing me. I am truly grateful to not only have them as my clients but now as good friends🥰
Thank you to Mcmichael &Gray for a smooth and quick closing, Michael Woodard Real Estate Agent for being in it for the long haul, and Davidson Homes for giving us some grace.

Real Estate is not for the faint of heart and by golly can things get rough and rocky more times than not but what I wouldn’t give to watch new beginnings, eager smiles, and tired hands at the closing table❤️
