This morning, the Rosenblum Realty team had the privilege of providing breakfast for the folks at First Stop.

It’s amazing how something as simple as a warm breakfast can create such a meaningful moment. There were so many “God Bless You’s” exchanged this morning, and honestly, it was incredibly touching. 🙏❤️

First Stop is a Huntsville nonprofit dedicated to helping unhoused individuals move toward stability, and independent living through connection, resources, and support.

If you’d like to get involved, they welcome toiletry donations, winter jackets, and can help coordinate opportunities for your group to provide breakfast or lunch. They serve both every day of the week, so volunteers and donations are definitely helpful.

SERHANT. founder Ryan Serhant says that the missing piece of the migration story boils down to how state policies impact homebuyers' wallets and quality of life.

Rather than a total collapse of major metros, Serhant said, capital is stretching into secondary markets where better job growth, lower tax burdens and strong infrastructure offer a better return on investment.

He pointed to regional migration patterns showing growth in inland hubs, including Huntsville, Alabama.

"I think Huntsville, Alabama, and I think Central Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina, are three markets that investors are paying a lot of attention to right now that more people should be talking about," he said.

We had the opportunity to hear from the Broadway Theatre League and enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by Taste Temptations.

We had an outstanding Ambassador & Emissary meeting today at the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber!

We heard from Kirk Nugent of Komposition giving a great presentation all about digital branding and brand reputation in our ever changing and fast paced digital age. There was a lot of great insight shared on how to use the right marketing to get to the right audience clearly and effectively.

We also had a charity spotlight with Eighth Street who is always doing great things in our community. Be sure to check them out! I posted their Amazon wishlist QR code if you can help. 🥰

We had not just one but two Ambassadors who were Ambassadors of the month the last couple months present info about their Huntsville journey and their awesome businesses. Always love hearing about what our great fellow Ambassadors do here in our community.

And lastly, we got to hear all about the upcoming 2026 Para-cycling Road World Championships being hosted right here in Huntsville in Cummings Research Park. Be sure to check that event out because they are still looking for 350 volunteers to help make the event a great success.

It was a busy, but full and exciting Thursday at the Chamber. Loved seeing all my fellow Ambassadors and Emissaries and of course meeting some new contacts!
