Upon showing a property on Saturday, I walk up and see this! Can you see what’s wrong?! (Key in the door and lock is open).

I was already recording and then immediately took a photo, called the other listing agent to inform.

My “friend” 😎 and I entered with great caution to make certain all was well, which it was.

To all my fellow agents, triple check and make certain that the properties you show are locked and secured before leaving!! Most of all, make sure you SAFE!!
