A happy real estate client of any firm shows their appreciation. Google review. Zillow review. A referral or two. Most agents call that a win and spend the rest of their time figuring out how to stay relevant.
But our clients don't stop with the usual "happy client" stuff. They go out of their way to let us know that we made a difference.
Random texts.
Project updates.
Calls out of the blue...sometimes perfectly timed to remind us what really matters.
Sometimes weeks after close. Sometimes months. Sometimes years.
That's not a "client relationship." That's proof that what you did mattered to that client. That the client has written you into their life story in a way that cannot be erased. And that is worth more than all the email drip campaigns, holiday cards, pop-by visits with branded trinkets, and scheduled quarterly "checking in" calls combined.
That's what we're actually building here.
