Huntsville Place Apartments is Off-Campus Housing, not limited to just students.

1x1 - Dorm Style Suites with individual bathrooms and shared common areas. Completed Application - 19 and older must complete application (Alabama requires individuals to be 19 or older to enter into a legal binding contract)
2. Proof of Income - Applicants must make 3xs the rent/Guarantor(s) must make 4xs rent.
3. Paid Bi-weekly - Last 2 pay stubs
5. Government Issued Photo Id
6. $50 Application Fee per person/$75 Admin Fee
***Must make 3xs the rent and be employed for 3-6 months.
***Guarantors are Welcomed and must make 5xs the rent
