Had a wonderful time with the Legend Realty Caravan today at our Wren Homes Model in Midtowne on the Park, Huntsville! Enjoyed hosting them for lunch from Chick Fil A in Clift Farm and having an awesome open discussion about the market and how new construction could be a great fit and experience for them and their clients! Looking forward to doing this more often!

Everyone please remember as you’re cleaning out your closets and such, if you have old comforters, quilts or even small blankets/throws, please think about donating them to the homeless shelters and rescue missions. Coats, jackets and socks you wouldn’t miss as well. The next few days are going to be so cold and your small gesture could make a huge difference to someone without a roof to sleep under or a bed to crawl into. Also the animal shelters could use blankets as well along with dog toys, leashes, collars etc.

Your clutter is someone else’s need! This is what my family will be personally doing today as well!

Great article! If you are on the fence about buying a new home or any home for that matter, this article should give you an idea that sales are starting to pick up tremendously and that home you have your heart set on could be sold before you finally make the decision to make an offer on it. It’s better to buy now at the pricing we are at, then refinance later at a lower rate, than to risk not finding a home available that works for you waiting on the rate to go down, as well as the prices could increase and multiple offer scenarios could come back again with the rate drop, I’m sure. I’ve seen it over and over again in the last 2 decades.
