⭐️ It’s time for a BROKER SPOTLIGHT! ⭐️

Say hello to Jim Kaplan, a Broker here at Triad Properties. With more than 24 years in commercial real estate, Jim knows the ins and outs of every property type—retail, office, land, and investment—and has a strong background in 1031 exchange transactions.

Before joining Triad, Jim managed real estate operations for an international company and helped launch Alabama’s first Commercial MLS while serving as President of NALCOM in 2004.

Outside of work, Jim has been a dedicated supporter of local nonprofits, including the Alabama Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Huntsville Hospital Foundation, where he served as President of the Development Council.

He earned his degree in Economics from the University of Denver—where he also swam competitively on a scholarship.
