ATTENTION RESIDENTS!!

It is starting to get cold again!

Here are some important cold weather tips and reminders.

1. As a preventive measure, keep your thermostat set at least on heat between 60 and 65 degrees even while you’re at work and/or away on vacation.

2. Leave the kitchen and bathroom cabinets open.

3. Make sure that at least 1 faucet is dripping on cold water
(a small drip is fine).
