The TV 📺📺station I work at (my other full-time job) 😃 runs a story about the housing market in Huntsville. 🏠🏠👀👀

An interview with a potential homebuyer that says, "all the houses are half a million dollars, and I will never be able to save enough money to buy a home." 💲💲🏠🏠

Hmmmmmmm 🤔🤔

Maybe start thinking more affordable?

There are so many opportunities to be a first-time homebuyer in the Huntsville metro area! Have a plan, talk with loan officer and then call ME to help you buy a home. There are ways to reduce the amount of money you need at closing.

In the end, the new mortgage payment will likely be lower than the monthly rent you currently pay. All while building equity with your new investment. Because that is what buying a house is, an investment that you're also able to call home. ❤️❤️

Let me help YOU! I could list 20-30 homes under $250 that are absolutely gorgeous, currently on the market and just waiting for YOU. 🏠🏠

Work Saturday & Sunday mornings at the TV station...📺
..then 18 showings Saturday and Sunday last weekend. 😀

Run it back again this weekend, with 5 showings this evening.
Work Saturday and Sunday at the TV station 📺with another 10 showings this weekend. 👍👍👍

The hard work is for sure going to pay off. 😀😀😀

The best part, real estate doesn't feel like work. Meeting new clients is an absolute joy. Creating lasting bonds that will never fade all to help them buy the home of their dreams....🏠🏠🏠🏠
..the absolute best! 🥰🥰🥰
