Downtown has been really exciting for the past 5 years. I am hoping they add more Condo developments in the future it would be nice if people wanting to live down there could own instead of it all being rentals. But the progress since the implementation of the Master plan is really exciting!

As we near the 5-year anniversary of that plan, a large majority of the recommendations and action items have been completed or are actively in the process of doing so.
