Responsibilities
• Direct management of assigned HOA/Condominium communities
• Serve as primary advisor to Boards of Directors
• Budget preparation and financial review
• Vendor contract oversight and capital project coordination
• Governing document enforcement and statutory compliance
• Meeting facilitation and board reporting
• Regular site inspections and property oversight

Qualifications
• 3+ years of Community Association / HOA / Condo management experience
• Demonstrated portfolio management experience
• Strong financial literacy (budgets, reserves, variance review)
• Vendor negotiation and contract oversight experience
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® preferred (or working toward designation)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
