Today we officially closed on 101 Ce Lee Circle, and we couldn’t be happier for our clients as they begin their next chapter in Florida.

Relocation transactions come with unique challenges. Once our clients moved out of state, Estelle and Daniel helped coordinate the process here at home- from managing inspections and repair requests to overseeing the many details that arise between contract and closing.

The home was on the market for just 9 days, and after a successful open house, they secured a buyer and kept the transaction moving smoothly all the way to the closing table.

While today was a mail-away closing, we’re grateful for the trust our clients placed in us to help manage the process while they focused on their move and settling into their new community.
