Sold in less than 12 hours. What may seem like a quick, easy job took weeks of planning. This out of state owner asked for my help in getting his property sold. After my initial walk through I knew they needed to put a little money in repairs before we brought it to market. I had quotes ran for him for various jobs and oversaw the work making sure it was getting done. After several weeks of work, the house was ready to bring to market in its best condition, which led to a strong quick offer!!
