Keeping it going. 🏡✨

This one took some patience, persistence, and a whole lot of “keep moving forward,” but we finally made it to the closing table! Phoenix East Unit 011 is CLOSED!!!

So happy for my sellers as they officially close this chapter and move on to what’s next. ❤️ Congratulations on the next adventure . I’m so grateful I got to be part of the journey!

👀 30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rate — Annual Averages

1980s → 10–17%
1990s → 7–10%
2000s → 5–8%
2010s → 3.8–4.9%
2020 → 3.38%
2021 → 3.15%
2022 → 5.53%
2023 → 7.00%
2024 → 6.90%
2025 → 6.66%
2026 → ~6.3–6.7%

📌 THE BIG PICTURE

The record high? 18.63% in 1981. 😳 (I was not born yet and prices were SO good-would’ve bought GULF FRONT LOTS 😂😂😂)

The record low? 2.65% in 2021–(Wish I would’ve bought this year!!)

Today’s rates may feel high compared to the unusually low rates of 2020–2021—but historically, 6–7% is much closer to the norm.
