Alabama weather keeping things interesting today.

I caught a surprise dusting of snow while I was out working this morning. ❄️ Now I’m home and you’d never even know it happened.

Meanwhile, my friends back in San Diego are dealing with unusual highs in the 90s… so maybe it’s not just Alabama that’s a little unpredictable right now.

One thing’s for sure—life as a San Diego transplant in Huntsville always brings a few surprises.

If you haven’t tried Bonchon in Providence yet, you’re missing out! I currently have two homes under contract in the neighborhood, so I’ve found myself stopping in pretty often—and they never disappoint.

Whether you order soup, Korean tacos, a Korean corn dog, Bibimbap bowl, Japchae, or chicken fingers, everything I’ve had has been delicious. 😋

The restaurant is always clean, and the service is quick and friendly, which makes it an easy go-to when you need a good bite. A friend of mine and her husband opened it not too long ago, and they’ve done such a great job with it. Definitely stop in and support them!

And don’t leave without trying the Korean donuts—they’re light, fluffy, and definitely not to be missed. 🍩

Christmas is a reminder that while life changes, the love behind our traditions never does. Some stay, some evolve, and new ones are created along the way. One of my favorites is a simple one—Christmas pajamas—first made by my grandma for all of us grandchildren, later continued by my aunt for her own grandkids. I was lucky enough to get my own pair, and I’ll wear them every year until they fall apart, wrapped in memories and love.

Now, with our own grandchild and another on the way, we’re excited to create new traditions as our family continues to grow.
