Long before Hays Farm became the community it is today, this land was home to Elgie and Rena Hays, the grandparents of Jim Hays, one of the founders of Hays Farm.

Their legacy, values, and deep connection to this property helped shape the vision behind the community: a place centered around family, nature, and lasting roots.

Today, that legacy continues as new families create memories on land that has meant so much to the Hays family for generations.
