Quick read on the Huntsville + Madison County market this past month:
→ 712 homes sold (up from 663 a year ago)
→ Median sale price climbed to $337k
→ 2,452 homes currently on the market
→ Average 52 days on market — slightly faster than last April
→ 1,350 pending sales heading into next month
What I'm taking from it: the market isn't slowing down the way some headlines want you to believe. Inventory is healthier than it was a year ago, prices are still inching up, and buyers are still pulling the trigger when homes are priced appropriately and just a touch faster than they did last spring.
