A little something extra for my listings! 🏡

One of the marketing tools I’m able to use is MoveTube, which creates a TV-style showcase of my listings that can be viewed on compatible smart TVs.

And here’s one of my favorite ways to use it: during an open house or showing, the home’s listing photos can scroll right across the television inside the home…creating one more opportunity to showcase features buyers may not have seen yet.

It’s a small detail, but thoughtful marketing is often made up of those little extras.

Living in and serving the North Alabama area, I always get excited to see our local communities receive national recognition.

And as Cullman is getting ready for festival season, the town has received national recognition! 🍂🎄

Travel + Leisure has named Cullman Christkindlmarkt one of the 10 Coolest Christmas markets in the U.S. for 2026!

Here’s a little perspective: Cullman’s estimated population is just 20,799, yet Christkindlmarkt welcomed more than 415,000 visitors in 2025 — nearly 20 times the city’s population!

And before the Christmas magic begins, Oktoberfest is right around the corner.

It’s hard to believe that quiet Depot Park will soon be transformed for both and the town does a phenomenal job with the transformation!!
