This one is FINALLY under contract again after ther contingent offer fell through that tied it down for months! Relieved is an understatement for both sellers and myself! I am so blessed to work for honest clients who trust me, stick with the process, and know I'll get it done.

I have the pleasure of representing both sides, and we're already through the request for repairs within 48 hours being under contract.

This one just went under contract!! Woo hoo!! I brought the buyer to the seller, negotiated this one standing in 90º heat, using Google Translate since my new buyer client does not speak English, and GOT IT DONE.

Agents, don't give up with a slow market that is flooded with too much competition. You got this, and your client needs you to never give up.

CM of the year award goes to this lady! Super professional DSLD construction manager! Fantastic blue tape walk, and everything ready to go for Closing.

My client has a grandson who they send pictures of his favorite stuffed animal to, and she jumped right in. Put a little piece of blue tape on the paw and flashed a smile to make their grandson excited about the new house.
