Prado’s grandeur is quiet and vast. These homesites are our largest to date, up to 4.5 acres, designed for multiple generations to gather and return to their mountaintop home season after season.

This new neighborhood is located close to Arclodge, the 73,000-square-foot clubhouse and lodge set to open in 2028, which will serve as the community’s central gathering space.

Looking back on the 2025/26 winter season, we want to thank our community for showing up even when the snow didn’t.

From Primetime lift’s debut to the brand new Raintree Cookouts, this season was full of highlights. We’re looking forward to skiing and riding again next season, and just around the corner, heading into a summer full of activities and more opportunities to gather together.

This program build lifelong safety skills and deepens respect for adventuring in the backcountry, one of many exceptional outdoor education opportunities for our residents.
