Update: waiting to hear if the bank accepts my offer on a short sale while looking for another home

28A is a no go. Private investor won't go through with the deal. So close! Off to look at another today.

Inspection done, waiting for a few things to go to signing of contract. Then the shopping begins for a contractor/roofer/plumber, paint, countertops, shower door, front and rear doors (the fun things in life).
