We know many of you were looking forward to touring this truly legendary home, and we share in your excitement. However, due to an accepted offer, the scheduled open house has been canceled.

While we’re disappointed that we won’t have the opportunity to welcome everyone through the doors, we’re thrilled for the new buyers as they prepare to close on this iconic home.

With June being Homeownership month. I asked this Seller to tell me what it is she loved about her home all these years. 🏡
1) Location: right across from the school - easy mornings for those that procrastinate- convenience that makes everyday life smoother, with raising her family in this home--parking for games/activities IS AMAZING
2) size: all 3 of her children had their own space thru out their teenage years (4 bedrooms with possibility of a 5th)
