We DO have individual homes for sale within the park. But the PARK is Not for sale!
There are also empty lots that are available to rent if anyone is looking for a lot to put in a new home or one you already own and need a lot to put it on!

The official letter announcing the community yard sale was distributed this morning. All tenants are welcome to participate. If you wish to inform us of your participation in this event, please notify either myself or Henry. This will enable us to determine which lots to include in the advertisement.

We are pleased to announce a community-wide yard sale within the Prairie Villa mobile home park in Huron, SD. The event will commence on Friday, July 10 at 9:00 a.m. and continue on Saturday July 11 at 9:00 a.m. All residents are invited to participate by hosting their own yard sale in front of their residence. A formal notification letter will be distributed to each home prior to the event with detailed information. To confirm your participation, kindly contact either myself or Henry with your lot number. We appreciate your cooperation and support. Once we have a list of those of you who would like to participate, we will create an official event on here that will list the lots that are participating!

I would like to extend a sincere expression of gratitude to Henry for his willingness to assume the role of our manager. Additionally, we appreciate all his efforts and accomplishments during his tenure with us thus far. Furthermore, we are grateful to our tenants for their cooperation and support of his leadership, as well as their contributions to our community cleanup initiatives. We are pleased to note that the majority of our members have fulfilled their responsibilities and obligations, thereby helping to establish a safe and well-maintained environment for all residents. We are quite pleased with how well our community is working collaboratively with us to maintain a safe and desirable place for our families to reside. Thank you.

We can NO LONGER accept MONEY ORDERS FROM WALMART! MUST USE ONLINE PORTAL FOR PAYING RENT! For those that CANNOT use that option, we do have a Walmart pay option, that you receive from us when you move in! Thank you for your cooperation!
