Did you know that it’s WV law that agents inform all parties in the transaction of their agency relationship? That is a fancy way of saying: “who represents who in this transaction?” We do this by explaining the different types of agency. We then fill out the Notice of Agency document. This document has specific regulations on when it’s presented and signed, when it’s dated, when we have to use the same form or get a new form, and who signs it. Yesterday my office was tested on our accuracy of filling out the form. Happy to say that we passed with flying colors. ✅📝💯

Life doesn’t care what the market is doing. People ask me all the time.. “is it the right time to buy?” “Is it the right time to sell?” The right time is when you want or need to! There are always reasons to buy or sell!! New jobs, growing family, retirement, downsizing, health, death, divorce, moving closer to loved ones, marriage. LIFE HAPPENS.

Local Love … Sugar Maples was the perfect place to go on this Fall day. I showed a house in Hurricane, grabbed the kids, and took them here for a treat. They loved the ice cream (and the fact that school was closed today). I got the Brown Sugar Maple White Mocha. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was giving Autumn vibes 🍁🧡
