✨ How’s the Market? Here’s Your November Snapshot and It’s Still Strong! ✨

Even as we head into the holidays, our local real estate market is still moving. Both Putnam County and the Kanawha Valley stayed active in November, and buyers are out looking for the right home.

📍 Putnam County Highlights

Putnam stayed busy last month with 32 homes sold and a quick 9-day median on the market.
Prices remain strong -the average sold price reached $345,553, and $150 per sq ft shows buyers value clean, move-in-ready homes in this area.

📍 Kanawha Valley Overview

Across the MLS, 209 homes sold in November.
Days on market bumped up slightly to 41, but pricing held steady with an average sold price of $234,046.
And I’m proud to share, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Central participated in 48% of all November transactions. Nearly half the market chose the green sign.
