This October, I’m stepping up for more than just the medals. I’m running to raise awareness and fundraise for the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention—an organization doing powerful work to bring hope to those affected by su***de.

Mental health matters. Too many lives are lost in silence. I’ve seen firsthand how heavy that darkness can feel, and I’m running every mile to light the way for those who are still fighting.
