We will have Accucut salting and plowing the hill and main drive. We greatly appreciate their services during this time. Please stay safe and warm at home. Do not drive unless you have to.

We still have emergency maintenance on call, however, as road conditions continue to decline, our response times will increase. Please let faucets drip to decrease the chances of pipes freezing and bursting.

Management is available via email if the need arises, and the emergency number is 304-760-2330 (option 1). We hope everyone stays safe and warm during this time.

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice has now declared a State of Emergency for all 55 West Virginia counties due to Winter Storm Blair‼️

Due to severe weather conditions, it's crucial to stay off the roads if possible. Travel will be hazardous, and conditions are expected to worsen throughout the day. If you don’t have to be out, please stay home and stay warm.

❄️ Keep your phone charged, and consider a portable charger.
❄️ Check on elderly family members and neighbors to ensure they're safe and comfortable.
