Ok, friends. The purpose of this post is to enlighten and inform anyone who plans on selling their house anytime soon.

I have been trying to make an appointment to show a house. Apparently that is impossible. For this listing, anyway. Honoring the scheduling request in the confidential remarks of the listing, I have tried four times to make an appointment to show this property. It is an estate, vacant, and the seller’s family lives out of state.

I know you’ve got to be wondering, so what’s the problem???  It is listed with an online real estate company and all of the phone calls and text messages go to an answering service. In this particular situation, it appeared that the seller‘s personal phone number was also available. So I tried calling the Seller. NOPE! It was just another phone number for the online answering service. 

The client and I were both surprised that this listing is still available. Now we know why. Nobody can get into see it. At least not easily.

Friends, if you want to sell your home and get top dollar, buyers have to see it🤷🏼‍♀️ If you want to get what you want, the way you can be assured that will happen is to go with a local real estate office. Like Old Colony. And use a real live REALTOR that actually answers their freaking phone. Like me 🙂 304-546-3117😉
