Second Quarter Housing Report (DFW), a couple of takeaways...

1.) Median Home Sales prices are up (yay Sellers)!
2.) Listings are up (yay Buyers)!
3.) Inventory is up (yay Buyers)!
4.) Days on market are down (yay Sellers)!

Perhaps we are seeing the start of the return to normalcy in the DFW market?... More inventory is great news for Buyers (finally, some good news for buyers). Additionally, I am starting to see more price adjustments (down, also good for buyers).

Good news for Sellers.... Days on market are trending downward! And while closings have slowed, median home prices continue to rise!
