Tucked into a small cul-de-sac neighborhood between Preston and Parkwood, the home is about 4–6 minutes from the Dallas North Tollway and 121. Walmart is around the corner for the “we forgot one thing” run, and Sushi Damu is Olivia’s pick for generous portions without a big bill. 🍣

Her brunch order at Brunch @ Lili’s? Walnut and banana oats with peanut butter and honey. Then there’s plenty of shopping nearby when you’re ready to walk off lunch. 🛍️

Property management nightmares? Six feet under. Our Denton roots? Still growing. 🪦🌳

Our Scary Chairy Orchard submission has officially been dropped off! We turned bad communication and ignored maintenance requests into gravestones, wrapped the chair in roots for the community we call home, and gave our haunted house one message: there’s nothing scary about property management with Pros PM. 👻🏡
