1. Freshen Up Your Fall Curb Appeal
Rake leaves, trim back overgrown landscaping, clean out garden beds, and keep walkways clear. Add a simple fall planter or fresh doormat to make the entrance feel warm and inviting—not cluttered.

2. Declutter + Cozy Up the Inside
Pack away excess décor, clear countertops, organize closets, and remove some personal items. Then add a few simple, warm touches—think cozy throws, neutral pillows, and subtle seasonal décor—to help buyers picture themselves at home there.

3. Tackle Those Small Repairs
Fall buyers tend to pay attention to how well a home has been maintained. Replace burnt-out bulbs, touch up chipped paint, tighten loose handles, fix dripping faucets, and take care of those little projects you’ve been putting off.

4. Deep Clean + Let the Light In
Fall means shorter days, so natural light matters! Clean the windows, open the blinds, replace dim bulbs, and give floors, kitchens, and bathrooms a deep clean. A bright, spotless home can feel larger and more welcoming during a fall showing.
