Hiring a listing agent shouldn't be a coin flip with your biggest asset. 👏

A good realtor will help you buy a house. A great one will make sure it's actually the right one. 💯

So much has changed since I started my role as the Listings Manager at The Broll Team 10 years ago (not just my asymmetrical hair cut😆)!

I was freelance writing before I took on this role and really had no idea what I would all be learning beyond managing our sellers and marketing. I found myself fascinated and challenged with real estate, and I worked my way through many of the positions on our team.

I learned a lot about myself and how my past careers as a journalist and 911 operator had so many transferrable skills. I realized through my leadership journey, that I was naturally gravitating towards those roles long ago as early as in middle school and high school.

Here's to dedication in providing our clients with exceptional service and our agents with the upmost care and support! I'm grateful for everything I've learned and looking forward to more years to come! 🎉

Yummy scones by are all ready for drop off tomorrow! is dropping off breakfast to Hutchinson Police Department and Allina Health-Emergency Medical Services for RED Day (Renew Energize Donate).

Every 2nd Thursday in May, all Keller Williams agents around the globe give back to their communities.

We'll be shopping and dropping off personal care items to those in need tomorrow as well. Stay tuned!
