Happy Hot June everyone. Summer has seemed to arrive with a vengeance!
Along with the temperatures, we are seeing an increase in Interest rates too by the Feds to slow down inflation. Good news though, is that the rates are still not that bad. Buying a home is still affordable.
Here are the current rates provided by our friends at Peoples Bank and Trust:
30 yr. - 5.625%
20 yr. - 5.375%
15 and 10 - 4.75%
30 yr. FHA and RD - 5.50%

Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday. I thought I'd update you on current interest rates as published by my friends at Peoples Bank and Trust. Rates from the weekend are as follows:

30 year - 4.50%
20 year - 4.375%
15 year - 4.00 %

Feds are also talking about another possible interest rate hike in an effort to slow down inflation. guess we'll see. Point being is that if you're looking to buy, now may be the time even in this aggressive market.

I hope you are all staying safe and warm during this bitter winter chill.
The good news is that it won't last forever. I know it's hard to believe but the first day of Spring is just a little over a month away. Officially March 2oth.
With the thoughts of warmer weather and a busy Real Estate market on the horizon, I just wanted to update everyone with the current interest rates from our friends at Peoples Bank and Trust...

30 yr. - 2.75%
20 yr. - 2.5%
15 yr. - 2.25%
10 yr. - 2.25%
30 yr. FHA and RD @ 3.00%

Home inventories are a little low but interest rates are extremely good right now. So... get your pre approval done and when something new does come on the market you're all ready to go.

I'm not sure what I've planted here but they sure are gorgeous. With all the recent rains they're doing really well! A picture just doesn't do them justice but I wanted to share anyway. Enjoy!!😎

I hope this week finds everyone doing well. I've posted the latest Mortgage rates from our friends at Peoples Bank and Trust and it's definitely a good time to pursue home ownership. Interest rates are staying low in spite of everything else going on in today's climate.
