Fire Sprinkler System Replacement Project
The Village Cooperative of Hutchinson is currently undergoing a planned Fire Sprinkler System replacement as part of our long‑term building maintenance and safety improvements. This project is progressing smoothly and on schedule.
Our licensed contractors have completed the in‑unit portion of the work and are now moving through the hallways, common areas, and garages. Residents may notice temporary exposed piping during this phase. Once inspections are approved, soffits will be installed to provide a clean, finished appearance throughout the building.
We are sharing photos of the project so members and future members can follow along with our progress. Safety, communication, and transparency remain our top priorities as we complete this important upgrade.

🎄✨ A Special Holiday Visit ✨🎄
This week, the Village Cooperative was delighted to welcome a group of elementary students who brought along a heartfelt gift—handmade Christmas ornaments. As part of a school project on empathy, the students created these ornaments to share joy and kindness with our community. Their thoughtful gesture brightened our holiday season and reminded us all of the power of compassion. We’re grateful for their visit and proud to display their creations as a symbol of connection across generations.

Earlier this week, we recognized Veteran’s Day and the incredible service of our resident veterans. Today, Serving Group C followed up with a heartfelt celebration that brought our community together in gratitude and reflection.

Life at the Village: Still Going Strong!
Besides advertising available units and sharing snapshots from our 2024 Christmas Crawl, it’s been a while since we’ve posted a general update—but rest assured, the heart of the Village is as vibrant as ever.

Even without our usual Luau this summer, residents have kept the spirit alive in everyday ways. One of the most heartwarming new traditions? Monthly birthday celebrations on the first Wednesday, complete with delicious food and cheerful company. What began as casual coffee chats has blossomed into a joyful gathering that brings neighbors together in the best way.
