HUTCHINSON, KS – TECH (Training and Evaluation Center of Hutchinson) leadership attended the Kansas Housing Conference where they were presented with the 2019 Kansas Ad Astra Award for Excellence in housing. The awards ceremony took place at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom in Wichita.

"Jack Manske notices Hutchinson’s newest landmark perhaps more than anyone else coming into town.

As he drives in from Wichita on K-96, Manske sees The Link from the Woodie Seat Bridge. The new housing project Manske is building for TECH sits right between the towers of First National Bank and the Wiley Building.

“This is unique in that it’s right downtown, front and center and new construction,” said Manske, whose company, Manske & Associates, helped renovate the 1913 Wiley department store building in 2015. “We’re very excited about that."
