nd buyers. Besides marketing my own listings on social media to create buzz, I am the creator and admin of the FB group Reno County Homes for Sale. With more than 4,000 members, the group has become large network of buyers. This has also positioned me well as a listing agent, allowing me to more quickly find buyers for the homes I list. I believe my availability, responsiveness and low-pressure approach to selling homes have contributed to my success. I'm available pretty much 24/7 via FB messenger or text message for my clients. In 2015, I was voted "Best of Hutch" in the real estate category, and sold more than $5 million in real estate for the year.
