Well everyone! The cats out the bag!! Coming soon to Hutchinson! We will be opening up Giuseppe’s Family Restaurant later this year in the Meyer Landmark building at 5th and Main. We are beyond grateful for this opportunity! Would not be possible with the constant ongoing support from all of you! With that being said. The Food truck will be operating this year still. Will be a little less than last year as we plan to make this giant leap! We will keep you posted on when opening day will be. Shooting for this fall! Thank you again everyone for the awesome support you have given us these last 2 years! We are looking forward to serving you and your family for many years to come!

With this change the menu will be upgrading significantly! Of course we will have our classic subs that you all love! Along with some of the other older recipes you grew up on in the 80's. Obviously we are gonna be adding some new items as well! Look out for the best pizza this town has seen! Fantastic pasta dishes that are unmatched by others! Cannot wait to spread the love of my family traditions to you all! Have a great day everyone! Looking forward growing larger with all of you! Thank you all again!

Something new is taking shape inside the Meyer Landmark, and we’re excited to finally share a first look!

Here’s what’s coming:

Giuseppe’s – the Italian food truck many of you already know and love, now with a place to gather, slow down, and stay awhile

Salt City Scoops – a familiar name around town, growing into a full space with ice cream cookie sandwiches and a playful mix of sweet treats

Lantern Room – a brand new speakeasy-style cocktail space with vintage character, inspired by the history of the Meyer Landmark

We can’t wait to see this become part of downtown. More to come soon!
