🎉 5 Years! 🎉
It’s hard to believe that Carla has been part of the RORE family for 5 years!
Carla and I first met when she was my photographer. As we got to know each other, I learned she was finishing up her real estate classes. It didn’t take long for me to realize she was someone special, so I asked if she’d be interested in being my assistant while she finished school.
From day one, I knew she would make an incredible Realtor® because of her tenacity, determination, and spunky personality. As my assistant, I quickly learned that Carla is definitely a morning person who believes phones should be silenced early at night… while I am very much the opposite! 😂
She runs on caffeine, Jesus, and a whole lot of energy, and she brings that same passion and enthusiasm to everything she does. Whether she’s helping clients navigate a transaction, supporting her RORE family, or tackling a challenge head-on, Carla gives it her all.
And if you know Carla, you know she can turn just about anything into a celebration. She is the life of every party, the first one to cheer someone on, and the person who makes every gathering more fun simply by being there. Her joy is contagious, and she has a way of making people feel loved, welcomed, and appreciated.
Over the past five years, Carla has helped more than 50 families and individuals find a place to call home, and she is absolutely crushing it in 2026! Watching her grow from assistant to a successful Realtor® has been such a rewarding experience, and I couldn’t be prouder of all she has accomplished.
But one of the things I admire most about Carla is her loyalty. In an industry where agents often bounce from brokerage to brokerage chasing the next shiny object, Carla has never wavered. She has shown us time and time again just how much she loves her RORE family. Her loyalty, commitment, and belief in what we’re building here have never gone unnoticed.
She proudly represents Rustic Oak Real Estate with integrity, grit, and a servant’s heart, and we are incredibly grateful for that.
Carla, thank you for five amazing years of friendship, laughter, hard work, countless celebrations, and memories we’ll never forget. We are so thankful you are part of the RORE family and can’t imagine this journey without you.
