The luncheon featured keynote speaker Norman Garza Jr., Executive Director of the Texas Space Commission, who shared insights into Texas’ rapidly growing aerospace and space economy. Barry Matherly, President and CEO of Hickey Global, also highlighted Wilco EDP’s new five-year strategic plan and opportunities ahead for business attraction, talent development, investment, and long-term growth.

We’re excited to share what’s next for Corridor Title! Coming in 2028, 5th & Walsh, a new development at 1200 West 5th Street, will become the future home of our Austin Headquarters.

With more than 90 team members, seven offices across Central Texas, and continued growth across the state, this milestone represents an exciting chapter for Corridor Title.

We’re incredibly grateful to our clients, partners, and communities who have supported us every step of the way, as well as Endeavor Real Estate Group for bringing the vision of 5th & Walsh to life. We’re honored to be part of this exceptional project and can’t wait to share the journey with you.

It was an honor to volunteer alongside so many dedicated community members at Austin Angels in preparation for their Back-to-School event. Thanks to the incredible efforts of PT50 and all the volunteers, Austin Angels welcomed 244 people from 71 families for a special day that helped local children and caregivers start the school year with confidence.

Our President, Patrick Rose, had the privilege of moderating a Texas Dept. of Transportation panel featuring District Engineers from Austin, Yoakum, and San Antonio regions.
