The Real Estate Spring Market is in full swing! 🏡

If you’re “waiting for prices to drop” before you buy a house…..I wish you the best of luck because things aren’t forecasted to slow down for the next couple of YEARS.

…I challenge you to think of it on the flip side: if you purchase today, and prices continue to rise, you’ll capture all that appreciation in value. But if you wait until next year to buy, you’re now going to automatically spend more to purchase the same home that could already be generating equity for you now.
