From the ground you only see part of the roof. From the drone you see the whole plan.

We work in sections so the house is never left open. Each section is stripped, inspected, protected with membrane and closed up before the crew moves to the next one, and the yard below stays clean while we work.

The part of a roof that protects your house the most is the part you will never see.

After the tear-off we walk the whole deck, replace any soft or rotted boards, and lay underlayment and ice and water protection along the edges and valleys where Cape Cod winters hit hardest. Only then do the shingles go on.

A flat roof is a different animal.

There are no shingles shedding water, so the membrane has to be watertight everywhere. Full underlayment, seams welded and rolled, edges and penetrations sealed by hand. One bad seam and the whole roof leaks.
