One piece of advice I always give…

Slow down and pick up the phone 👊🏼

If you’re representing a buyer, don’t assume you know what’s most important to the seller. Before you write an offer, call the listing agent. A simple conversation can give you valuable insight and help you put together a stronger offer.

And if you’re thinking about selling, make sure you’re working with an agent who understands today’s market. Buyers are asking for different things than they were just a few years ago, and having the right strategy can make all the difference.
