Yes, this is real data and the numbers don’t lie. Our sellers are making six figures off the sale of a home they bought 2 years ago. And with that money and the crazy low interest rates, they’re getting into a much larger home for the same (if not lower) monthly mortgage payment. 🤯
And if you want to buy? While the market has been in uncharted territory, I think we can agree that data shows promising signs! Interest rates are still historically low and more homes are popping up on the market, so spring might just be the perfect time to make the move!
There is quite a bit of competition because Idaho is a new found gem, so if you’re making the decision to buy, be prepared to compete!
