Round two with the McCoys… but this time we’re the ones handing over the keys. 🏡✨

Last week I got to post about them buying their new home, and now here we are celebrating them selling the old one. These two have handled every twist, turn, and curveball this market threw at them with patience, humor, and a whole lot of trust in the process.

Watching families step into their next chapter never gets old for me. The McCoys did it the right way. Kept their cool, trusted the plan, and came out winning on both sides.

Double congrats, you guys. Buying and selling in the same breath is no small feat; but you did it like champs. 🥂and thanks again to at .eastid for a smooth closing and really good soda 🥤.
