Realtors when you lock them away from people...
Supposed to be locked in on CE. COMMENT if you spot what was fighting for its lil life 🤣

They’ll tell you to be professional…but here’s your reminder: Don’t listen. Being your full ridiculous self is what the world needs more of.

Good thing I didn't flip this house... I can only flip myself
Don't worry this one was done by a real professional (clearly not us), and it actually turned out out
Coming soon... just try not to fall for it like we did.

Round two with the McCoys… but this time we’re the ones handing over the keys. 🏡✨

Last week I got to post about them buying their new home, and now here we are celebrating them selling the old one. These two have handled every twist, turn, and curveball this market threw at them with patience, humor, and a whole lot of trust in the process.

Watching families step into their next chapter never gets old for me. The McCoys did it the right way. Kept their cool, trusted the plan, and came out winning on both sides.

Double congrats, you guys. Buying and selling in the same breath is no small feat; but you did it like champs. 🥂and thanks again to at .eastid for a smooth closing and really good soda 🥤.

That moment when the listing goes live tomorrow and we’re all pretending we’re calm about it.
We are not calm.
But this one is worth the chaos. Coming tomorrow. 🏡✨

The McCoys are officially homeowners! (Again) 🏡

This deal absolutely tried to take us all out, but they just kept pushing through every curveball until they won.

And somehow they bought me a closing gift… which is wild because honestly they were the gift. 😂

So happy for you guys. You earned this one. And big thanks to for pullin all the stops to get them with as little out of pocket as possible. That’s a good lender my friends. Also thank you to at for being a boss and making it easy. Came in hot with my rockstar mix up too might I add. All around a good day folks ✌🏼
