While checking out this pantry space, our inspector noticed something a little off. If you look closely at the baseboards, the entire tile floor has actually sunk by about an inch! ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“‰

The floor completely separated itself from the walls and cabinets, leaving a highly noticeable gap. This kind of shifting is a major red flag because:
